Our Large Graze is a statement piece—a sprawling celebration of flavor, texture, and abundance featuring creamy Brie, sharp Cheddar, our legendary secretly-seasoned Boursin Ball, and two rotating seasonal cheeses chosen for peak ripeness and complementary flavor profiles. We expand the charcuterie to three premium cured meats with flavors ranging from delicate to assertive, each sliced and arranged to showcase its unique character alongside seasonal fruits, olives, cornichons, crusty baguette slices, and an array of entertainment crackers. Fresh rosemary and thyme branches create an aromatic landscape, while hot pepper jelly, local honey, dark chocolate-covered pretzels, dried apricots, pistachios, and candied nuts ensure the sweet-savory balance is perfect—feeding 45 as a full meal or delighting even larger crowds as the appetizer that becomes the main attraction.
