5. Delivery and Setup

We proudly serve the DMV area including Washington D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. Delivery and setup terms include:

  • Delivery: Free delivery is available for orders within 10 miles of our location in Haymarket, VA. Additional delivery fees may apply for locations beyond this radius.
  • Setup Time: For catering events, our team typically arrives 1-2 hours before your event to set up grazing tables and arrange your order.
  • Access: You are responsible for ensuring we have appropriate access to your event location for setup. Please notify us of any access restrictions, stairs, or special requirements.
  • Pets: We kindly request that pets be secured in a separate area during setup to ensure we can work safely and efficiently.

6. Cancellations and Modifications

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and modification policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations: Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your event may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • Modifications: Order modifications are subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours before your event. We will do our best to accommodate changes.
  • Refunds: Refund eligibility depends on the timing of cancellation and any costs already incurred. Deposits may be non-refundable for last-minute cancellations.
  • Weather and Emergencies: In the event of severe weather or emergencies that prevent us from fulfilling your order, we will work with you to reschedule or provide a refund.
